Monica’s Magnificent Boutique is a completely independent custom design studio. We are not affiliated with, authorized, associated, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Loungefly, LLC, Disney Enterprises, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
All product names, logos, brands, and trademarks featured or referred to within our shop are the property of their respective trademark holders. These trademark holders do not sponsor or endorse our customizations.
We legally purchase authentic, licensed base items (such as bags, wallets, and headbands) at retail value. The subsequent rhinestone work, crystal placement, and bedazzling are strictly aftermarket artistic modifications performed by hand by Monica’s Magnificent Boutique. The final product is sold as a piece of customized, altered art.
Rules & Exclusions
Untouched Logos: To respect brand trademarks, I will not rhinestone over, alter, or cover the official metal Loungefly logo plate or any interior licensed fabric tags.
- Condition of Bag: Bags must be clean and free of major structural damage, peeling faux leather, or deep stickiness.
- Shipping Responsibility: Please use a tracked shipping method when mailing your bag to me. Monica’s Magnificent Boutique is not responsible for items lost by the postal service during transit to my studio.
Custom Commission Agreement
Thank you for choosing us to create your custom park masterpiece! Because each item is a one-of-a-kind work of art individually tailored to your unique specifications, please carefully review our ordering policies below before securing your spot on our commission calendar.
1. Non-Refundable Retainer/Deposit
To secure your custom commission booking, a 50%non-refundable deposit is required.
- Why is it non-refundable? This retainer immediately covers the overhead costs of procuring your official base item (Loungefly backpack, wallet, or ears), locking in your production dates, and purchasing the premium, custom-colored crystals required for your specific design.
- Once payment is processed, inventory is purchased immediately, and this deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Design Finalization
All design elements (color palettes, character themes, and placement styles) must be finalized prior to paying your deposit. Once production begins, changes to the core design concept cannot be accommodated, as stones are permanently bonded using industrial-grade adhesive.
3. Final Balance & Delivery
The remaining balance of your order, plus shipping, is due upon production completion. We will send high-resolution photos and videos of your finished sparkling piece before final payment is requested.
- Items will not be shipped, delivered, or transferred until the balance is paid in full.
- Completed items left unpaid after [30/60] days from the completion notice will forfeit the initial deposit, and the item will be sold to the public.
4. All Sales Are Final
Due to the highly customized, hand-crafted nature of wearable rhinestone art, all final sales are strictly non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been built.By submitting your initial deposit payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these custom commission terms.
